CCDXlate – A batch application that translates Continuity of Care Document (CCD) formatted health data into various Comma Separated Value (CSV) files for easy export from any healthcare system and import into any database or third-party system requiring categorized patient information.
CCDXlate is HIPAA compliant and CCD is based on the HL7 CDA architecture. The Continuity of Care Document (CCD) specification is an XML-based markup standard intended to specify the encoding, structure, and semantics of a patient summary clinical document for exchange.
CCDXlate generates the following CSV files that separate out categories of health information for each of the CCD files processed:
allergies.csv
medications.csv
problems.csv
procedures.csv
vitals.csv
